UKQ Level 2 Certificate in First
Aid course teaches you some of the most important first aid skills, such as
recovery position, CPR, choking, bleeding, shock, burns, and more.
UKQ Level 2 Certificate in First Aid First Aid is intended for
situations where training that does not comply with HSE rules is required, but
it does cover first aid subjects with no set minimum time requirements, making
it a flexible course for all. The course covers primary and secondary skills,
with the option of adding additional subjects as needed.
The goal of this course is to assist participants in identifying and
eliminating potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognising
emergencies, and making appropriate first aid care decisions. It teaches
participants the skills they need to know in order to provide immediate care
for a person who has become suddenly ill or injured until more advanced medical
care arrives to take over.
Learners Outcomes:
Trainees who successfully complete this course must be able to
demonstrate the required minimum level of competence in order to be designated
to control firefighting operations. The course is created and derived from the
codes.
